I am just offering an alternative viewpoint, and hoping the OP will consider.

My experience from a seller view point has been all over the map, from excellent to awful. 

I got a lot out of both of your viewpoints.

First impressions of the home shows well but I need the eyes and expertise of a pro who is familiar with inspecting and assessing a century old home with the view point of an investor.

As you will see below Nathan, there is always more than one view point.

Most are from an buyers or investors view point and then there is Terry's that is totally unrelated too your question.

The city of Everett has big plans to spend $635M over the next few years for a new hotel, new shopping center, new restaurants, 3.5 miles of walking/biking trails, 2 new waterfront parks (one with paddle board rentals), 4 new puget sound viewpoints, an outdoor performing arts venue and 400,000 sq ft of new office space.

I have my viewpoints on why the site is so anti Mentor and Guru however Ive sworn an oath of silence to myself..Congrats on choosing Real Estate to create wealth
