What are current loan terms today versus 2 months from now versus in 2 yrs?  

The loan has come to term and they can’t maintain the property and the current interest rates.

I purchased this before deciding to get in to real estate.I am trying to decide if I should rent the property out or sale it to buy something with long term investment in mind.

I'm looking to finance the project long term in a way that is helps me create positive cashflow.

I am excited to get started investing in real estate in out of state Long Term Rentals.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my kids, as well as mountain biking and other outdoor adventure activities.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

This creates a market for both short-term and long-term rental properties.Affordable housing, Compared to cities like New York, Washington D.C., or Boston, Philadelphia offers relatively affordable rent, or section 8 tenants, especially those who are relocating from more expensive areas. 

We have a home that we are almost done remodeling that we would like to try the mid term strategy to increase our cash flow vs long term.

We have a primary home, short-term rentals as well as paper investments. 

LoL So really trying to learn what I can, gain some capital, and see what my options could be for the year.I'd like turnkey and long term renters in place, as that seems like a good way to get started as a rookie. 

We have a lot of owners convert to Mid Term or Long Term rentals.
