blighted is blighted.. they just got snookered into buying these things realize they are not sustainable or viable and let them go.. just postponed the inevitable.. other wise why are the locals not buying this stuff to protect their turf  their city their neighborhoods.. ???

They are not sustainable as they are today, by 40 years out who knows what might exist.Regarding the possibility of setting up a PM company to separate income sources, you may need to look into legality of that.
