It is what you see through the side window, which is the things that are right there.The Rear View is also a bad place to focus your eyes.

The house was built in 1938, it's a craftsman style home, original hardwood flooring in good shape, original windows but it very good shape, the walls and ceiling had been filled with blown insulation, had a new roof installed in 2017, and the sellers were willing to pay 5k to have the house painted to the color of your choice.  

-Windows, countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and cabniets must me wiped down, clean, and fresh.

Siding, windows etc....

After spending quite a bit of time at the house in the last few weeks, I have learned of several maintenance issues that also have to be addressed (some replacement windows, some roof and gutter work, etc.).

Then they could add a shelf inside to sit your pizza on and you can slide it out.

Outside got fresh paint, all new windows, soffits and gutters.

They have a new driveway, new garage, newer windows, new appliances, newer bathroom, newer kitchen.

There is visible mold on the window sills and frames.
