Simply tell the lender you are getting a  quote from what your middle score is.

Maybe if it were more clear that filling out the form means that the client is indeed serious about moving forward as opposed to simply looking.

I will never enter a deal through a recruiter again.

Im in Florida and sell multi family and some JV on deals, but our rates have increased significantly over the last two years 50-100%, BUT the most recent renewals are more around the 5-10% increases as 8 new insurance companies entered the state this past year.

Yeah I understand how PMs work I'm simply saying suggesting hiring one to someone with 1Unit or even 10 seems silly.

WE did about 30 new builds downtown charleston but last 2 years we simply could not find anything that worked.. finally found  a lot and we close on it mid month.will build the same floor plan on the same street we did 5 years ago and sold for 450k  this time its going to sell for 850k..

I simply shook my head.Unfortunately social media has made it easy for these bad actors to get in front of their target clientele and it's normally the  clients who have no liquidity, poor credit and very low chances for success to begin with in this business and put these courses/mentorship on their credit cards who fall even further behind. 

If you switch later, that is another set of problems.When entering a transaction is easy, but trying to balance, analysis reports is a challenge - Now is the time you need to take an accounting course - learn debits and credits and more.Pick and choose wisely.
