First, I think the bay area is coolest city to live in, bar none.Except for one thing that is a constant topic of conversation, the cost.I don't want to over simplify the issue, but if you have a housing shortage, causing the costs to rise, build more.

I like to think about a bulk payment like this, because it tends to simplify things when trying to find out where the savings are actually coming from.

These are very simplified numbers (I don't know his profits honestly) but this was what looked good to him on paper.

If and when I build my portfolio to 20-25 units, I'd definitely be looking to simplify the process.
