I would venture a guess that for these two terms above, sell my house nj and sell my house fast nj, you're getting way less than 10% of the search volume state in that graphic location.

I usually try to keep all administrative files like logos/graphics, lease templates, corporate info, in one folder, then break each property into it's own folder, with a copy of the current and past leases, appraisal and purchase info, any warranty/spec info for equipment, appliances, paint codes, etc.

Here is the graphic I use in the book to indicate the order of scheduling for a typical renovation project -- the book goes into a lot of detail on the scope of each task, the dependencies between them and the completion time frames you should expect, but this should give you an idea of the task order (click to ENLARGE):

I'm really shooting from the hip here, but my take is if you want something "prettied up" with nice touches from a graphical program, students might not have access to that software.
