We'll be alright if this does pass, but I highly doubt it passes.Plus, it's named after itchy butt cream. 

The ice cream melted but everything else in there did not spoil.Sometimes the problem trying to reimburse a tenant for spoiled food is that you suddenly find they claim the crab legs, lobster, shrimp and T-bone steaks they purchased have gone bad. 

Mentorship/Coaching can extremely helpful if you want to shave time off your learning curve. 

There are definitely opportunities out there, but I would just caution you to:1. use really conservative numbers, whatever data you gather shave some significant % off the top2. completely throw out late 2020 and all of 2021 data, especially for a market like Nashville. 

But this is a process that has more in common with creating a new flavor of ice cream rather than ownership of an ice cream franchise.

I've ran several different simulations and looked over my figures for hours and cannot see how to shave off any more expenses.

I've owned several businesses in my life...from an ice cream shop, to a flooring company, to a private gym.

But also remember the so-called "Yuppies" who supposedly used to be poor penniless "Hippies".Who suddenly got a shave and a haircut and bucked up and got jobs and were supposedly making big money.Whatever happened to the "Yuppies" (???)

Still not sure of the room he is refinishing the flooring in, but from the price of the laminate he is charging I'm guessing it's small.I would just tell him your budget and ask where he can shave some money off.
