This home is in a great area within walking distance to an elementary school, a middle school, (both great schools) Whole foods, and the list goes on!

You definitely need to know and anticipate the limitations ahead of time.As for college, it serves a purpose, but the customer needs to know the system. 

Allegedly the seller has notified the property is for sale but hasn't served them a Notice to Quit.  2 of the 3 tenants have been there for more than 30 years.

I know personally quite few Sec.8 Tenants who drive nice cars (Lexus, Jeep Wrangler), take vacations, enjoy shopping in high end malls......they work for cash and have free health care, food stamps and Sec.8 Housing.These are not legal reasons but that's not what I believe I should do.

I once had a call saying half the refrigerator isn't working they refrigerated all the food in the freezer while waiting for a replacement but normally the fridge is a complete failure and tenants are not that flexible.

However, I continued to receive updates with the same problems, even though I was willing to pay for any necessary change orders.Perhaps the most challenging aspect of this "flipsystem" is the lack of clarity regarding who they serve.

Put a few paintings or fine art photographs on the wall with QR codes for purchase and they will serve as constant reminders to your guests and conversation pieces in their homes.
