Here is my typical schedule:6;00a.m- up for work4:30-5:00pm- home for work5:00-7:00pm- bodybuild(workout), shower,etc7:00-8:00- make supper/eat/dishes/etc8:00-11:00- make youtube videos for my channel.I typically am always rushing to do everything.

The two I listen to are biggerpockets podcast and the real estate guys radio, put them on your phone and listen to them when your driving, doing dishes or whatever.  

I'm trying not to dish out money for an attorney if the general consensus has been unsuccessful in resolving the issue.

Lots of cupboards above and beside the dishwasher for dishes, and cupboards or big drawers right across in the island to put away pots and pans.It's a fabulous house - lots of space, great windows - looks like a great investment.  

I want to, but i am still unsure what im looking for.. i have a property in NC that has lost me probably 40K+ in 5 years.... but thankfully im selling it to a wholesaler to dump it.. granted he is getting a lot of hardwork from me since its the nicest unit in the entire neighborhood.. but ive just had nothing but bad luck after bad luck with it.. i know most of the house is nearly new now because of all the repairs ive had to dish out money for.. but still just been a crappy journey with the property im just wanting to get rid of and move on and learn from my mistakes. 

Overall, I'm most intrigued by how agressive, threatening, and determined some of the agents are to practically circumvent the no principals disclaimer as well as tenant screening overall and just start dishing out statutes in exchange for a blind appointment 'or else'!

I've always enjoyed helping people and want to prevent someone from dishing out thousands to a guru or to be part of a system that will ultimately cost them more than benefit them.
