Selling and buying is a wash.Demand: once someone has decided it's time to move out with mom and dad they are unlikly to go back on that decision.That leaves us with a black swan type event, a nuclear war, ebola, collapse of the internet, a civil war (the most probable one of all the unthinkables IMO).So outside of nukes, will the market slow down at some point?

what an impressive resume, I doubt I was the only one thinking "man that's where I want to be some day". 

I've had my eye on nuclear power stocks of late, but I don't have any real good ideas for buys right now.

You need to get really good at:-Telling your story-Presenting your "resume"-Showing your passion/drive-Selling people on why they should give you their hard earned money

its a LOOOOONG game.. at your age I would do one of two things.. either get your license and get with a brokerage that does commercial type transactions the veteran agents will be the ones you want to learn from.Or get a job with a building development company so you have some pedigree on your resumé'  reality is you will not get anywhere in the development business unless you have the ability to borrow 5 to 25 million dollars and attract capital investors by the millions of dollars.
