I wouldn't say you're going to learn as much going through an online course as you would an in-person one, but it is a lot more convenient. 

To avoid these, create an operating agreement outlining roles, responsibilities, financial contributions, and handling disagreements.

It is true that you'll probably only be responsible for paying off the interest for the first ten years. 

I'd two project worked with Robert Mincey, 1.For one project it have serious defect that scares my buyers away, when I ask him for the repair, he told me that I did the sabotage to the property myself, and he owns 0 responsibility for the repair and warranty2.For another project I wanna to fire him but he states I owns him more than $5K even though I already paid him 200% over what he had completed.

Setup costs vary: Tier 1 (online services like LegalZoom) costs $50–$300 plus state fees (~$99 in Ohio), Tier 2 (with an attorney) costs $500–$1,500 for tailored structuring, and Tier 3 (with a specialized attorney and CPA) starts at $2,500 for complex setups.LLC will not save any taxes and would still be reported in your personal taxes if LLC is SMLLC.

There's a bunch of online courses available, look for the ones that offer the self-paced $100-$150 courses.
