Since I am medically recovering and not working I read about 2 books a week and spend about 10 hours a day learning on the internet (7 days a week). 

I found BP about 18 months ago while medically recovering.  

I am home now slowly recovering from a brain  and a stroke at age 54.  

A poor credit score means most of the nicer rental communities or houses will not accept you.While it was at one time not a stigma to be in foreclosure, the economy has largely recovered, albeit not as robustly as pre-2008.  

I have a nice townhome rental that rents for $1550 per month.  The rental market in this area is very seasonal being very hot April-September and cold from October-March. Last June I listed it and had multiple offers ...

@Sam LiuYeap, that is exactly what I concluded 10 years ago - low return and a waste of time....Glad I was gutty enough to cut loss right away and came back to CA, and had more than recovered all the OOS loss...

How did you recover? 

High end has not recovered much off shore (Linwood, etc.) but on the other end of the island (margate, longport) they developing like crazy.  

I am medically recovering right now and I cannot walk and I may have never found this website because I was looking for some other way to are a living that was more flexible.  

I have been reading a lot about how lower end homes are going up in value over the last 10 years and if there is a real estate bubble now they will be the first to recover.
