Study the test questions at the end of each chapter. 

I started studying last summer and got my real estate license last week (woo hoo!!).

I keep within my time lines for inspection and any feasibility studies I might need.  

Follow it up with research.After you have studied, met connections through meet ups naturally, and got your self financial sound, start to look for investments.

Since I'll be studying in my home town for college, there's no need to househack but it wouldn't mind it.

I studied it like crazy and finally felt confident to put a direct mail campaign together.

When I have an empty afternoon I often find myself taking a trip down just to walk the isles and study up on different materials, tools for more efficient working, and get design ideas. 

Just wanted to update the case study with my first apartment complex.

It's helpful if you are in the same line of work you studied but that's rare.
