I can understand not wanting to collect rent in person as that's horribly inefficient & actually pretty dangerous.

That's the last thing you want because then you become susceptible to that person as well as market conditions.

we believe he is into drugs and messed up and he is again a liar and a thief(sorry) but when you give a person a chance you just cannot do that any more....damage is extensive inside mobile home, brand new door broken, flooring damaged 3 windows broken door to refridgertor broken...we did give him a verbal notice when he did pay the last month's rent, his comment I will make you lives miserable if you got to court and I will own this property...I have said enough as we are totally broke and thank you for giving us some insite....we will not able to rent this mobile home out for a very long time...we do own the property out right...yes he should have been gone last month...thank you again PB
