Perhaps paraphrasing this to say that he said people should inject bleach as a cure is slightly unfair, but I wouldn't call it a lie because the underlying point is accurate: he was suggesting that injecting bleach was a cure and bragging about how smart he is because he came up with the idea, and it's obviously all crazy talk.
