Hello everybody,I am brand new to the real estate investing scene.

They live in Raleigh NC which has a great college scene, a growing market, and tons of new construction.

I don't think people realize all the work that goes on behind the scenes to do some of this work.  

The fact that they did not argue their defence during the eviction, to prevent it, is evidence that what ever the are now claiming was made up after the fact.Hopefully common scenes will prevail and they will lose the suit.

I am excited to meet all of the new, up and coming, and successful entrepreneurs in the REI scene and felt posting would attract some conversation. 

I'm new to the house-flipping scene and was wondering what articles ya'll recommend for someone looking to get started with house-flipping?

I am the CEO of a social media marketing company and I am looking to move into the real estate scene.

Tons of smokers, loitering, cussing in public, and even a couple situations that made the local news (tenant through a TV off the second-story balcony, then the next week drove his car into one of our contractors trucks and threatened him with physical violence...4 police cars on the scene).- New desirable tenants do not want to move into an apartment complex and pay market rents when it's still a dumpSo we accelerated the entire process.
