I doubt that your road should be the same as mine, and I think you should spend some time coming to grips with what's best for your market and what's best for you.this is what mom and pop landlording is all about.. fully integrated from sourcing to maintaining to managing.. and every city has this type of landlord business owner..  

to make any money at this unless your a very large vertically integrated reseller of recreational land and can carry all your own paper.. there are a handful of these companies in the US>.  

Hello Everyone,I've been thinking of integrating a rental property into my income stream for a few months now, and it seems that a unique situation has appeared that I may be able to take advantage of.

I've already left a bad review on them through online media and my partner will sometime this week.

And stop the mindless social media thumbing!     

Pre-Internet, it apparently didn't matter as much, but it certainly does now that color photos are such an integral part of marketing your properties. 

My dad showed me these fake lenders when I first got in the business in the 70s.. its been going on for years.. none of this is new.. whats new is the access they have to people via social media and internet..
