Zillow also hs a "Make Me Move" feature you can click on to see home owners listing their property in hopes of a good offer.I have also seen peopl reach out tp local AFL Assisted living facilities to talk to the Admin or on boarding nurse to see if ay families or people need to sell their home to cover costs.

Class C transitioning to Class B: more renovated homes, higher income tenants and homeowners moving in, nice cafes, shops, restaurants, coffee shops opening up.An extreme example of Class C to B is in San Francisco - when I was a kid, what was not a safe neighborhood and had lower income people, is now in high demand and tech workers making $200,000+ are living there and people walking around at night going to restaurants and shop.

@Erin Colbert You would need to be living somewhere, and you would need to sign the deed restriction.You can live on the couch and rent out all the rooms in all the ADUs and JADUs you wanted - as long as you sign the Deed Restriction for owner occupancy, as well as that would go along with the sale, so you could not sell to investor just renting out the house

Having lived there a year it is a foreign country and many things are different and culture etc plus you have the native peoples that own huge amounts of real estate and They dont pay income tax and they get food and gas for way cheaper etc etc..
