I was told by Wagner that the builder is trying to refinance the construction loan as the cost of construction has increased. 

I do have a very specific and curated buy box, so I know what i'm looking for in terms of zoning, lot size, buildable/improvable sqft, location, etc.With that being said, do you still not recommend going through sheriff sales?

When your LLC takes a loan, expect as members to personally guarantee the debt.

If you're confident you can find better cash-flowing deals or scale your portfolio with leverage, it could make more sense to reinvest rather than pay off the loan.
