Upon any complaint of a violation of this section, the Consumer Protection Unit of the Attorney General's office shall investigate the same, shall interview tenants of the landlord and shall, under appropriate search warrant, have the right to investigate all records of the landlord pertaining to applications made within the preceding 6 months.

I am interviewing new property managers but also had a discussion with the current managers to see what went wrong and how the issues might be fixed.The current property managers tried to reason that in my area/county I would need to expect a higher eviction rate due to the tenants that rent there.

Hi, I recall listening to a Podcast recently where Brandon and David interviewed a Turnkey provider who offered the complete package of passive investing.I think there was also something where he would allow you to back out and refund you $1000 if you were not entirely happy or something like that.I’m a non-US citizen looking to invest and Turnkey seems to be the safest most logical option and I’m trying to find the safest company to go with.Would appreciate it if someone could please direct me to either that podcast or a list of the best Turnkey companies.

Have them do all the heavy lifting of going through leads, obtaining credit and background checks and then present you with the best of the bunch where you can then decide who to hold an interview with.
