@Nicole Heasley most likely it's a location - Youngstown is not the hottest market - you can't make 100% on your money there.People flip houses all over Cleveland now and making decent money.I personally don't like the idea of flip: rentals give you much better returns.Check out the BRRR idea - just remember, to refinance the house, the 75% of the after repair value (ARV) must be ore than $50K.

I am wondering what your opinion is in specific to 10 Regent, in other words Liberty Harbor or Paulus Hook.Condos are best the hottest of the hottest areas or else is not worth it as you your comments would hold true.

There are success stories from all over the globe that turned out right, likewise there are struggling investors even in the hottest markets.Some say it's having a strong buyers list, but unless you can find the deal, analyze it, negotiate the deal, fund the deal, you could have thousands of buyers and never do the deal.
