I have talked with a lender and have been pre-approved, but since my job that I have accepted is contingent upon me graduating, my lender said that I cannot close until after graduation(I could go under contract before Grad and close after, but I am looking to still close sooner).  

Starting out again, I would go to them sooner to really help accelerate our growth with much more ease

I'm hoping that all you young whipper snippers can learn these lessons a lot sooner than I.

Most asset classes cycle every 10 years or sooner.

Maybe because he is like 50 and wants to have everything paid off as soon as possible so he will start cash flowing sooner.

There are many things that can wear out sooner than you think. 

This past April we bought (10 years sooner than planned) a second home on our lake and rehabbed it over 2 months.

If I'm thinking of this correctly, it would allow me to recycle the funds sooner because as you pay a HELOC back, those funds immediately become available to use again.  

While this is stuff she should have brought up sooner, you get some tenants like this.
