Lessons learned: grass is never greener, just different shades of green.  

You have several choices: pay to have someone haul it and compost; build a wire cage about 4' tall to place grass clippings and dry not colored newsprint to allow to compost; ignore and see if you get fined...

Both of these groups violated my rules for "no gatherings," "4 cars in driveway" but I didn't say "Do not park on grass." 

Does anyone have experienced using government grants (Fed, state, local) for real estate Investing?

Nationwide rates hit a low of 2.7% - so there has really never been a better time "spread" wise.Moreover, the FED has printed so much money (~25% of all dollars in existence were created during COVID).

For sure, this is allowed under the Fed moratorium.  

Our property owner got fed up and ended up selling his unit.

I also eat 2 raw eggs, a scoop of whey protein, a serving of milk, and a serving of Greek yogurt every morning.  60 grams of protein. 

My HOA gives us a grass violation this time of the year because they consider my daffodil plants post flowers as "too tall grass". 

Look into "low mow" grass...less maintenance, as the name implies.
