I just googled "what causes my water to smell like sulfur" and had a "water heater odor killer" pop up.

I THINK ITS A LITTLE MUCH TO SAY TRUST NO ONE WHEN IT COMES TO CONTRACTORS IS A BIT FOUL .

I would even be likely to turn a blind eye to the dog being in occasionally (since it was my mistake to allow it in the first place)  if I hadn't had multiple complaints about the strong pet odor.

Said employee was fired on the spot.In a Real Estate Office, a young man with long hair, dirty clothes and a bad odor walked in.

Great times of course 😁 In the meantime It wouldn’t be a bad idea to formally terminate the agreement if there’s foul play.

One of my biggest problems was the odor and damage that was left from the tenants dogs.

The tenant still cried foul, but again, it was in the lease..It's nice to have a PM who works for you, but they have to walk a fine line between you and the tenant as well..
