Its a commercial property  it's like one unit ,  one very large unit  it would be great  for a bank  or  fast food restaurant with drive-thru.

That margin is a huge safety net for us as we can always fire sale them in a tough market and still come out ahead.

People come for the food, nightclubs, entertainment, etc.
