For finding comps, i use the MLS 75% of the time, and the auditor 25% of the time, i must say , the auditor has way more results than the MLS does, i just like how the MLS displays the information.

In response to the original question, Redfin displays every listing that is in the MLS on our site, plus a lot more rich data such as neighborhood market data, walk score information and local school ratings.

Then we display all this including comp sales and comp rental on our online platform.
