The fear factor of calling back has already gone from where I started at maybe an 8/10 down to a 2/10, I think this is the main thing that keeps people from getting started.  

Not much is available and people are buying for fear that they will never be able to afford them if they don't buy now. 

The last few years have been about overcoming fear and getting my feet wet.

I am fearful the inspector will require to get into the basement apartment and realize it is rented.

The fear of falling into the 95% drove me to invest into a platform while I sit on a 9 acre property waiting to build 33 single family homes.

Fear of the unknown.  

So I would recommend you buddy up with a local investor near you that is using hard money and see if they can't give you an introduction and also review your deal for the hard money lender.Ultimately, the hard money lender's real fear is that a new investor simply doesn't know their numbers quite yet.  

Find a support system to take away your not unusual fear of failure.

Any advise/experience to share to calm my fears and panic would be appreciated.
