(In any case, it's worth asking your insurance agent what your policy includes and excludes)That being said, I completely agree that it's highly unlikely they would actually sue over something that is pretty open and shut - on what grounds could you see a judge awarding them damages?

The national association (MHI) responded with comments last week.Consider asking for chattel lending to be specifically excluded in writing, and failing that, to be excluded from the capital requirements.
