MOST outside horizontal vented ones turn into a birds nest location,,,flap, 'rattle' in the wind and lose alot of heat from the house in cold climates. nothing else the bees and wasps will have nesting grounds,,,The ventless SEEM to work as good as a bad vented one

Animals such as vermin or pets may enter the crawl space and nest,die and/or leave feces and urine.

As another writer said, its the children that are motivating me to take control of our future and create a better lifestyle and nest egg for them. 

@Jonathan Pflueger - the ability to "nest" projects like Russian Dolls is probably the biggest upgrade you'd experience if you switched from Trello -- big upgrade!

He has chewed up my pantry door and used the insulation from my dishwasher to build nest somewhere.Terminix quoted $1080 for a 2 year period and Orkin gave an estimate of $1940.

I am installing:(4) Nest Hello Doorbells(4) Nest Protect Smoke alarms(4) Nest Thermostats E's(4) Nest × Yale LocksI will set them myself, as I've been using them in my home w/o issues for over 2 years.

The house has a nest thermostat already installed, I plan to either use a Schlage Encode or Kwikest Halo lock (the existing locks are Kiwkset that appear to be pre-smart key, so depending on how easy it will be to rekey/recore and integrate with the smart lock will decide), and I plan to add cameras covering the front and rear of the house (unsure of type), and potentially a noise monitor like Minut. 

@Alex Pelin  Didn't really find any more recent post  on this , but doing a live in BRRR of a two family right now, and going to add smart water meter, NEST thermostat, and cameras . 

One of my guys thinks we should add Nest thermostats, sensors, doorbells and outdoor and hallway cameras to the building and units.
