Working on a few STR deals with savvy investor sellers and we are wrapping some really low interest rates so the DOS clause concern is very much alive… We have decided to go the land trust route w/ one of the properties to try to be as careful as possible.

We are both 1099 employees and don't have the bank statements or tax returns to get a mortgage anyway.

We are not sure how to handle this, but I’m considering talking to counsel as far as an attorney goes.

Please fill me in on the requirements for getting approved.We use IDIcore but we are a lender.

We are not too far away in Victor, ID.

Add mortgage rate likely coming down some too and we are back to Pre Covid market again.  

We are starting to pick hotels over Airbnbs because they're becoming ticky tacky for our taste and theres no $$$.

And we are flirting with exactly that, we see it playing out in actions.

We purchased the home with FHA loan at 2.75 %Our rate is excellent but we are looking to purchase our next MF and need some advice on how to get into it.I know Fannie Mae has a 5% down MF loan program as long as we move into it.

Feeling very confident that once we are completed, this property will attract buyers quickly  at a strong market price.
