Are there lenders that do DSCR but close in individual names?

I called the lender and ask if they used an AMC and said that they used an individual appraiser.

But hopefully knowing the difference between lenders will help you understand what type of lender you are speaking to and what to expect.Difference in LendersSince portfolio loans come from each individual lender there will be obvious differences between each lender.

For those reasons,  we decided to either keep the units until death and pass them along or sell them individually over a 4-6 year period (which saves some in capital gains as well). 

In my home town there are only a few family's that own most of the real estate and most of these individuals are getting up there in the years and are looking to unload some stress.

At the end of the day, no system, forum, group, website or coach will do the work for someone, they have to make a choice and take individual responsibility to take action and make it happen.
