If current buyers ask for an additional 10% reduction due to "covid" or any bargaining reason they may have, prices could effectively go down ca.20%.That being said, my gut feeling tells me that as soon as the covid situation eases, prices will increase again, at least for a while.

Current market can be scary but you can ease those worries by just being more selective in your deals!

Needless to say, I don’t know what I’m doing, but am learning as I try to work in on the acquisition end of things and network to create more ease when I move into the disposition phase and get a property under contract.

Unfortunately i am in a rare situation credit wise and what most investors experience with ease of financing, i do not have.
