Be careful on giving one crew too much at once, they all say they can handle it, but they get distracted quickly, and the job never gets completed.

In the morning you are more focused because you have not been distracted by the full-time job events yet.

A team so that I don't have to do BS like put my listings into the MLS myself and take photos myself etc, and KW because of the amazing training my market center offers. eXp sounds cool but for me I really need an office to go to, I need the energy of other people and the lack of distractions I have at home.

There are thing you need to focus on and then there are things that are distractions as you get started. 

Sorry I was distracted from topic.The reason people take less is they don't know what to do and they take the alternative that is offered that limits their losses as much as possible.Sometimes we all have to cut our losses and retreat so we can rally for the next battle.

Unless you have serious landlording skills, or a burning desire to develop them, I'd leave it to the pros.If your goal is to build your portfolio, then I strongly recommend you focus on that and avoid the distraction of property management.

Read and listen to as much real estate content as you can (once you finish up college, don't let it distract you from your degree program).

The BiggerPockets website is so full of all sorts of information, I often get distracted and off the topic that I was intending to search-lol!

Can you add bookshelves or something to distract from the walls?
