Here's a quick proactive tidbit that can make you a truckload of money.When you get the list of properties for the upcoming tax deed sale, there is nothing in the rule books that says that you can't track down the owner and buy the property before the sale date, thus saving yourself the issue of having to compete with the crazed masses.

And, she has a child, somewhere.I am leaning heavily towards the addendum suggestion, with fully adding her to a new lease when he/they renew the lease in 5 months.So...can anyone suggest wording for this addendum, or point me in a direction I might go to find such a thing?

@Lewis Clarke - check with your local housing laws, many communities have rules regarding this... for instance, in OKC, you are limited to two persons per bedroom, although if a family has a child after occupying the house that is allowed :-).
