A couple years ago my eyes were opened and I set a goal of $300,000 annual rental income with at least $100,000 of that going to charity.

You leave bigger tips, buy dinner for fiends, donate to charity or even start a charitable foundation to amplify your giving.

But to Cap off 2021  BP made aheroshome.com the Charity of BPCON and BP members stepped up and we raised well over 100k for our charity at that event..

Do your charity on the side. 

I'm having a hard time putting into words what I am trying to express but it reminds me of the "white savior" complex, gift cards from a landlord come of as like a charity or something in my eyes.

If I gave all my profit from my properties to charity, that does not mean my properties do not generate a profit. 

This also is what gets you financial freedom so you can spend time with your family and give your time to charities and serving at your church.

I understand you maybe be in a financial situation where $500/mo doesn’t mean anything, but collet the rent and then just donate it to your favorite charity.
