When you have over 8 million people come to a country , they have to be housed somewhere , cities are filling hotels , shelters are full .  

They can make money at a low rate because they loan hundreds of millions of dollars.

This probably seems attractive but at the same time if it stays unpermitted it can be head aches along the way and if i were to ever sell in future run into the same sort of problems. 

Reston is a truly masterfully planned community, with 55 miles of paved pathways, tennis courts and pools in every neighborhood, and several beautiful lakes that make the area very attractive to live in for residents.

Actually on the show they close the leads that didn't sell out - ie the less attractive ones.

Lake Pueblo is the largest attraction in the immediate area. 

What are some effective strategies for attracting commercial tenants to my property beyond listing on LoopNet?

I've recently read "Think and Grow Rich", "The Millionaire Next Door", "Multi-Family Millions", along with several Grant Cardone books.

(Keep in mind, those are multi-million dollar apartment complexes.  

If you're struggling, consider offering higher returns initially to attract investors, or partnering with someone who has a solid reputation in the industry.
