I think they even did a Dateline episode (or one of those news shows) on him and how he's seminars are misleading.Such a shame!

That is a shame, I wonder if the new owner is now in compliance with the lead laws? 

It's kind of a shame to have to replace the water heaters, since they are fairly new.

(ashamed to admit)...I was working full time and purchased the online course ($250) and did not complete it....now I am looking to get licensed this year, next cpl of months....good thing is, the online course has gone down to $195.
