.- Using a Google Voice number (or the like) to remain anonymous is the antithesis of operating ethically.- Utility poles are the property of others and not only pose an inconvenience and hazard to utility company workers, the posting of signs and the like is prohibited in at least some states.Just because others here have posted advice (and may do these things themselves), be cautious about what you do with that information.

The problem with the third party anonymous appraisal ordering that is now mandatory is that too often appraisers are from 45 miles away and have no idea of such things.

Sufficiently sized Umbrella policy and/or anonymity via trust ownership is a more sensible option for protecting smallish portfolios IMHO.I also agree with @Gary Wright in that it would be far more advantageous financially to just move out of state, but the wife assures me I'd be moving alone :) She like many simply aren't willing to leave the ocean and the unbelievable weather.

Therefore, a living trust provides no asset protection for the trustmaker.Setting up a Holding Company LLC in a state where there is anonymity (Wyoming) is great, however, privacy is really the only additional thing you are achieving.
