My exception to the credit score rule would be if the tenant had NO score at all, which likely indicates they are an immigrant, just starting out in adult life, or a huge Dave Ramsey fan.

Hypothecation agreements are more foreign to investors here I would think but I think you'd end up with the same haircut if there were any note types here that would entertain this deal.
