I'm looking for an investor who would like to star with me in a TV show called "Million Dollar Flips."

It's always a good idea to follow the investment advice of a reality TV star.

I haven't done this in a while, but on the Schedule A, I think, there is a line for "interest paid on a mortgage" for which you have a statement from the bank stating how much you paid (don't know the form numbers, I'm NOT an accountant, although I played one on tv).

If you need drama watch TV.  

So I connected it to the 2nd floor unit with a beautiful staircase, put in hardwood floors, and stored some really furniture and a big tv up in the various rooms.

Too many AMC TV watchers who can't find a "deal" and think that notes are the same as the ugly foreclosure down the street.  

However, she spackled some damage to the wall, where she had mounted a tv, and is painting it with the correct interior paint I still had from the renovation.  

The instant the tree cracks open and begins to fall, a SWARM of bees flow out, thick enough to be seen on TV, and all hell breaks loose!
