Rodrigues: @Jay Hinrichs whether you know it or not, all lenders/brokers/banks are paid through the spread in the rate.

I paid cash for the property and we own it outright right now.

They couldn’t handle the situation, and after months of frustration, I ended up dealing with the tenant directly to collect rent myself.RTR knew they’d messed up and even paid me some money as compensation, asking me not to post anything negative (which I’m clearly not doing).

Do you believe self-showings, where there is little to no human contact, (to build value in your unit or the PM company), until a tenant has paid an application fee, a race to the bottom on your rent rate?  

After that loan is paid off I would have that cash flow, and the equity in the home.

Rewiring the home is not an option (cost to rewire verses what the house is worth/ what I paid) and the current wiring is in very good condition.

Just curious, how did you get a 9-unit under contract without a pre-approval or proof of funds?

I obviously pay per listing but the features and automations are not even worth it even if you paid the per unit cost I pay. 

They must be paid in full. 

Charged me $1700 for the pro group in sleezy way (never issued or emailed one single invoice or pre-notify that the next monthly charge of $99 would occur).
