Currently, I am back in a staff position again in a new field of nursing, but have determined that it's not the best job for me career wise, so I have considered either A. going back to travel nursing  B.

I have never invested in any of those type of areas.If recession comes down the road, it would be nice to have nurse as tenants or plumbers or HVAC people.

My mother now has a severe illness and in a nursing home permanently.
