A French guy I know in Shanghai now owns an apartment complex in the center of the city free and clear that he purchased around 10 years ago, so there are even those kinds of possibilities.

@Stuart M.When I was working with SCCU, we had just finished renovating and added a new kitchen, 22 new impact windows, extended deck, French doors, etc.
