Who does the dishes?  

hello folks,Newby here, been browsing this site for some time now and i have to say my initial impression is that there are a lot of helpful people here who are more than happy to dish out really solid advise.I wanted to ask those with experience in managing properties long distance (greater than 2 hr drive away from their home / business), how difficult is it to effectively manage a property without hiring a property manager.appreciate all advise

Seems like everyone is more concerned with dishing out marital advice than RE investing advice.

If you don't get it find the next one and move on with it (remember they have six months to dish it out ftom the time of foreclosure) and try and get that one.

I’m not going to dish out any secrets on how to do that as it will be different depending on your business, but the underlying theme will stay the same.

I never use it.If you run the dishwasher at night, the dishes will be dry in the morning, except cups that collect water on the bottom and hollow pot handles.

Same for my 12 year old water heater, range and dish washer.

Dish towels, shower rod and curtain, blinds on the windows.

If you never heard of that before, private lenders are folks - mostly older, well established in the work place or their professions - who have funds such as retirement accounts for which they are seeking safer haven than Wall Street can offer as well as better returns.I personally know of two South Korean brothers in their 20s - immigrants, along with their parents who couldn't even speak English upon arriving - who, in the past three to four years, have developed a "stable" of private funding sources with $5+ Million available to them for their deals.
