But at some point I do find that next niche that works for me and I like and go into that full steam. 

As mentioned, one could run it sec8, for more $, and the sec8 waiting list has been full for 7+ years now.

I lived well below my means, worked a full time job for years while doing this on the side, persisted when others did not... and now I am enjoying the fruits of my labor.  

I've seen several posts about them not being necessary at the beginning of this process.
