On top of all of that, it boasts one of the best college football teams Ohio State Buckeyes, which is very well known and has a cult following, and attracts a lot of people to the games.

And, by some measurements, we are actually a less mobile society than many other nations, includingCanada, France, Germany and most Scandinavian countries.

That drove me away after checking out the Berlin market.Stay away from France, though.

We are are a college town though, with many out-of-state students and popular football following. 

I have also dealt with a small fund investing in residential real estate in US, China, France, Spain and the UK.

If making more money was all it took to solve financial problems then there wouldn't be any bankrupt lottery winners or football stars.

You don't have to go all the way to France to get positive cashflow if that is your quest.

I still love to play poker and wager on football, in moderation. 

(It so sad to see the Houston homes that are half or totally covered with flood waters).Basements in those that have the money to build it out seem to be a "play ground" for most people (think movie theaters, pool tables, Bar's, Football watching room, work out rooms, guest rooms, Kids play areas).

While many don't think having 5 military installations surrounding the city is a great tourism attraction, events like football games at the Air Force Academy and their graduation, as well as other holidays brings many out of town guests to be with near their military families year round.
