I think local food depositories are very important; however, there are many, many options.Another consideration, FLOTUS called on landlords and property owners around the U.S. to consider opening up units to homeless veterans.

I don't believe you will see any short term results from tv advertising, but a combination of many other marketing outlets with the same message catering to people fears or likes.

Has anyone started a lawn care business to cater to their rentals?

Bummer to be doing fix and flip business inside an entity that best caters to buy and hold / passive income and asset protection.  

I laugh when people at lunch use to say they do not like fast food because it was not fast enough.

Address what is attracting the ants, such as the exposed cat food and cleanliness of the environment. 

And more often than not, it’s at events where there are food and drinks.

I've had 3 bad experiences, both with their service and the food.

His personal winery that was catering to the 40 to 80 dollar bottles at retail.. suffered tremendously and many went out of business and ended up being sold to celebrities and very rich business folks. not people interested in making money which is a lot of what happens in Napa.so in short your tenants will not store wine they will buy a bottle and drink it.. maybe buy 2 or 3 but that will be it.
