Montgomery County is pretty large and diverse.

The diversity is huge in such a small area.

Weather, politics, schools, crime, location of family and friends, employment opportunities, social and environmental aspects, diversity, cultural, arts and entertainment, cost of living, taxes, population density; are just some of the reasons. 

You can buy single family homes, multifamily homes, large apartment buildings, and raw land and develop those investments including industrial buildings, warehouses, office spaces, etc. and have some sort of diversity just in real estate.

Don't get me wrong, was great city to invest in (I'm a huge fan of the economic diversity in the Metro), however, both Minneapolis and Saint Paul are starting to put in regulations on tenant screening that are concerning to me.

Probably because there really isn't a "procedure" due to the limited understanding and diversity of how title companies/individuals with the company could choose to handle it.
