Getting a contractor who is not hell bent on ripping off an out of state investor 

I am just starting out and have 1 STR.Would love hear the pros/cons that you took into consideration when deciding how you want to manage your STR.Self managing STR properties, from afar, while maintaining other employment, is only a possibility because of the new technology made available in the last 10 - 15 years.  

Surround Yourself with the Right PeopleThis one took me a while to figure out.

Here, it is better to use in-house self-management, followed by floating workers for necessities such as leasing and maintenance.With 80 to 100+ apartments, you can go all out and include onsite staff and a leasing office.

Find out why it hasn’t sold and offer a solution:- Seller Financing (My 3rd deal) – Help them get their price while securing better terms.- Subject To – Take over their low-interest existing loan.

You are young and presumably single, so living in a master suite while renting out some other rooms is easy.
